For shed construction there are two commonly used grades of osb.
Osb2 and osb3 shed roof.
9mm 11mm or 18mm.
Osb2 is great for structural non load bearing projects in dry conditions whereas osb3 performs better for structural load bearing use and for use in humid conditions.
Will the thickness make a difference.
Interior or exterior use structural.
Does it has to be osb3 or will osb2 do.
Osb would be fine for a shed roof 18mm ply is going to be expensive.
With the felt in top you have a very sturdy roof that wil last for years.
Osb3 is just as good as regular shuttering ply.

Still as good as day 1.

I roofed my stable with 11mm sheets covered with cheap shed kennel felt three years ago.
With the osb i normally give it a good couple of coats treatment and or acrypol if you can get it i got shed roof ps that have lasted absolute years with this treatment.
Direction of text should run in direction of span.
Osb roof panels should always be installed with the grade stamp facing into the attic and the screened surface with the nail guide lines facing up.
